The process begins with cleaning the surface to remove dirt and debris. Next, grinding the concrete to create a smooth, porous base. Any damaged areas are repaired using specialized epoxy-based materials, ensuring a flawless foundation for the coating.
After completing surface preparation, the first layer of epoxy is carefully applied, ensuring even coverage for a durable base. While the epoxy is still wet, decorative flakes are sprinkled across the surface. These flakes come in a variety of colors and sizes, allowing for customized designs and enhancing the overall aesthetic and texture of the coating.
Once the first layer has cured, excess flakes are carefully removed, and the surface is polished to ensure smoothness. This step creates a uniform texture and prepares the surface for the second layer of epoxy(Clear Topcoat), which will seal and protect the coating for long-lasting durability.
